Units that get set-up early can earn Pole Position and boost their commission.

To become a Pole Position Unit:

• Register 80 percent of your Scouts in the Trail’s End app by August 14
• Complete all 11 onboarding steps in the Leader Portal by August 14
• Units can earn a 0.5 percent bonus for each, up to 1 percent total on traditional sales.

Commission Structure

• 35% base commission, 30% for online sales
• 37% for units that sell $15,000 to $24,999
• 40% for units that sell $25,000 or more

Scout Incentives

• We will also be announcing new Scout incentives tied to this year’s racing theme at kickoff. These are designed to keep Scouts motivated and excited throughout the sale.
