Den Chief Training & Day Camp Youth Staff Training

Calling all Scouts, Venture Crew, and Explorer Scouts! Join us for a joint training session exploring how to work with cub scouts! Attend May 4, 2024 for either one or both sessions at 185 S. White Chapel Blvd. Southlake, TX 76092.

Session 1: Den Chief Training
9:00 - 11:45 AM
During this session, scouts will learn about the roles and responsibilities of being a Den Chief. They will aquire skills to help them be succesful in this leadership role. By the end of the session, the scouts will recieve a certificate of completion. 

Day Camp Youth Staff Lunch
11:45 - 12:45 PM
Day Camp staff needs a time for fun and fellowship. Join us for a pizza lunch. Be sure to register for Pathfinder Day Camp as a Youth staff at https://scoutingevent.com/662-DayCampPF in addition to this training. 

Session 2: Day Camp Youth Staff Training
12:45 - 2:45 PM
Pathfinder District Day Camp relies on the youth staff to help provide the day camp program. They play a key leadership role of running anything from activities, to den chief roles, to leadership roles. During this training we will dive into the different roles of youth staff at day camp and provide the training needed for the 2024 Day Camp Season.
