Spring-O PLUS US Junior National Championships Orienteering Meet 2025

Event Details

Spring-O PLUS US Junior National Championships March 21-23, 2025

The US Interscholastic and Intercollegiate National Orienteering Championships will be held at Sid Richardson Scout Ranch in conjunction with Spring-O.  The Air Force JROTC National Championship will also be held as part of the event.

This event is a two-day orienteering competition co-hosted by Longhorn Council and the North Texas Orienteering Association (NTOA).  This year it is also a National Ranking Event sanctioned by Orienteering USA. Orienteering USA - Find your way!

The best high school and college orienteering teams (and individuals) from around the country will be attending.

The meet is open to the public!  This means that our local Scout units who have traditionally attended Spring-O will still be able to do so.  The added benefit is they will get to meet elite orienteers from around the country and test their skills on championship courses.  Recreational courses are available for single day participants.

BRAND NEW MAP!  In preparation for this championship the Sid Richardson Scout Ranch has been remapped.  A new map has been drawn literally from the ground up using the latest technology and bringing the map up to current international standards.  THANKS to NTOA!

Registration and more information is found on the NTOA website. Junior Nationals @ Spring-O 2025 - NTOA.
