Alpine Skiing Adventure - Worth Ranch Ski Hill

Alpine Skiing in Texas!? Yes, you read that right! Come shred the slopes with us and complete the Downhill (Alpine) Skiing requirements for Snow Sports Merit Badge. Scouts must be 14 years old to participate per Scouting America Safety Guidelines  

Skiing for the first time, and a little intimidated? That's ok! We have snow sleds that you can cruse down in!

Scouting America Health and Medical Form A&B are required for this event. Find a blank one at this link.

What to bring for the slopes? Ski slope safety procedures require Skiers wear long sleeves, long pants, and socks under the ski boots. Gloves, knee/elbow pads are optional if you would like to bring them. Refillable water bottle for each participant. 

Camping is allowed for this weekend, you will need to book a site separately at this link.

Food will not be provided, please plan to bring a lunch.
