Not a Cub Scout yet? No problem! Day Camp is open to all boys and girls entering grades 1-5, making it the perfect opportunity to experience Cub Scouting before joining a local pack.

Daily Schedule:
Friday & Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:45 PM
Sunday: 12:30 PM – 4:45 PM
What to Expect at Day Camp

Day Camp is led by trained volunteers and held at a Scouting America, National Camp Accreditation School-approved site, ensuring a safe and enriching experience for all participants.
Who Can Attend?
Camp is open to boys and girls entering grades 1-5 in the 2025-2026 school year.
When selecting RANK during registration, please choose the grade your child will be entering:
Tiger (1st Grade) – An adult partner must attend with them.
Wolf (2nd Grade)
Bear (3rd Grade)
Webelos (4th Grade)
Arrow of Light (5th Grade)
Volunteer Opportunities
Our camp is made possible by amazing adult and youth volunteers who help create a fun and safe environment.
Adult Volunteers:
All adults attending camp must register and submit a health form.
If you plan to attend with your child, you will be registered as a Camp Den Leader and help supervise a group.
If you are a Tiger Adult Partner, please register as an Adult Chaperone on the online form, and indicate in the comments section that you are a Tiger Adult Partner.
A small fee is required to cover t-shirts and supplies.
Youth Volunteers:
Older Scouts (Troop, Crew, or Ship members) may serve as Den Chiefs or Program Helpers.
Youth volunteers must also register and complete the required youth level of training.
Day Camp is used as an opportunity for youth entering grades 6 - 12 to work on leadership skills while working with the younger Cub Scouts.
Volunteer Youth will receive volunteer hours for volunteering at Day Camp.
A small fee is required to cover t-shirt and supply costs.
Health & Safety Requirements
All attendees must submit a Scouting America Annual Health & Medical Form (Parts A & B).
Drop-off Date: May 27, 2025 (tentative) at Peace Lutheran Church – also pick up t-shirts!
Do NOT send health forms to the council office or via email.
Cub Campership – Financial Assistance
We believe that no youth should miss out due to financial hardship.
Scholarships are available and must be applied for by May 1, 2025.
Partial scholarships (up to 50% of the total fee) are available.
Full scholarships are not awarded except in extreme circumstances.

Campers should pack their personal items in a 5-gallon bucket with a lid (for storage and seating).

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans change!
If camp is postponed or canceled, you will receive a full refund.
If camp is rescheduled and your Scout cannot attend, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel at least 30 days before camp, you will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 14 days of camp are at the camp director’s discretion.
