Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops

Arrowhead Distirict is hosting an Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops (ILST) training on April 20th from 12:30PM-5PM at St. Barnabas Methodist Church. The training will be held in Barnabas Hall. Join us for this free training!

What is ILST?

ILST Stands for: Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops. It is a training to teach scouts with Leadership positions about their new roles. It will help them to understand their responsibilities, equip them with organization and leadership skills to fulfill their responsibilities, and teach them how to be successful in their new role.
