Join us in celebrating the 100th Birthday of a longtime member of the Longhorn Council family. Helen Luckett began her Scouting journey in 1958. During her time in the organization, she has served at the unit, district, council, regional, and national levels. She is a recipient of the District Award of Merit (1974), Silver Fawn (1971), Silver Beaver (2017), and Silver Antelope (1978).
