NESA Eagle Scout 5K Run/Walk

Eagle Scout Alumni 5K Run/Walk
Saturday, May 16th: 10AM
Trinity Park- Pavilion 3
2401 University Drive
Fort Worth, TX.
Join the Longhorn Council’s National Eagle Scout Association Chapter for a relaxed and welcoming 5K run/walk designed to bring together Eagle Scout alumni, their families, and friends for connection, camaraderie, and a shared love of Scouting.
This is a totally free, non-competitive 5K experience with no timing chips and no pressure, just an opportunity to enjoy a morning run or walk alongside fellow Eagle Scouts and supporters. Whether you are reconnecting with old Scouting friends or meeting new ones, this event is a great way to reengage with the values and community of Scouting while enjoying time outdoors.
While the event is geared toward Eagle Scout alumni of the National Eagle Scout Association, it is open to participants of all ages, including family members and friends who want to join in the experience. If there is strong interest, we hope to expand this into a recurring monthly run and walk club.
We will meet at 10:00 AM on Saturday, May 16th at Trinity Park, Pavilion 3, 2401 University Drive, Fort Worth, TX.
Come enjoy a casual, community-focused morning of movement, conversation, and Scouting fellowship in one of Fort Worth’s most scenic parks.
After the 5K, those who are interested are welcome to continue the conversation over brunch nearby. Each person will cover their own meal.
We hope you can join us for a morning that brings Eagle Scouts back together in a simple and meaningful way.
