Welcome to the SHOOTING STARS CUB SCOUT DAY CAMP!

Are you ready to blast off into space as one of our Cub Scout Shooting Stars? Get ready for three days of fun full of rockets, light shows, space crafts, STEM activities, shooting sports, and more! Your scout will have a full day of space exploration learning fun while earning Cub Scout adventures at the same time! 

WHO: This outdoor summertime fun experience is for boys and girls ages 6-10 years old or grades 1-5 for the 2022-2023 school year. Youth entering the 1st grade must be accompanied by an adult partner during their participation at Day Camp.

DATES: June 10-12, 2022

TIMES: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Daily

REGISTRATION FEES: $75.00 per child | After May 27, 2022 prices rise to $85.00 

Payment can be made with a credit card, debit card, or e-check.

What does my scout get for the registration fee?

Your scout receives the following for attending Shooting Stars Cub Scout Day Camp - one t-shirt (request the size in the registration form), a day camp boonie/bucket hat, a day camp patch, and three days of fun-filled space and cub scout-related activities!

How much and when does registration close?

Registration fees are $75.00 per scout through May 27th. After that, prices increase to $85.00 per scout and the last day of registration is June 3, 2022.

What does my scout have to bring?

Scouts need to have three items for each day. 

1. Water Bottle
2. Sun Protection
3. Packed Lunch

Who is in charge of my cub scout during day camp?

BSA-trained adult volunteers and youth staff will be leading specific programming activities or managing groups of cub scouts as they enjoy their time at camp. All leaders hold current certification in Youth Protection training through Scouts BSA. We are thankful for our adult and youth staff volunteers!

Can I be an adult volunteer?

Yes! We are always looking for BSA-certified adult volunteer leaders to be part of this transformational experience. Your participation in Shooting Stars Day Camp is FREE! All your volunteer time can be submitted to Scoutbook as part of your Scouts BSA volunteer time.
