T-Shirts & Meals: Preorder T-shirts by 10/1 at 11:59pm and meal tickets by 10/20 at 11:59pm. *Meal tickets MUST be purchased ahead of time, we are not able to accommodate meal tickets on the day of the event.
Medical Forms: Ensure Medical Form Parts A & B are completed and with your unit leader.
Volunteers Needed: Scouts BSA & Scouters can register as "Event Staff" to help out and get free meals and an event T-shirt! We need Scouts to help monitor activities and set up their stations along the haunted trail, and we need adults for the BB and Archery ranges, logistics help, monitoring the activities, and assisting the Scouts with their stations on the trail. Meals: Optional meal packages available. If not purchasing, bring your own food and gear. Meal ticket cut-off is 10/20 at 11:59pm. Package includes:
- Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
- Sunday: Continental Breakfast
Chapel Service: Nondenominational service at 9 am on Sunday. Contact the coordinator if you want to lead.
Departure: Clean your campsite before leaving. Remember, a Scout leaves the site cleaner than they found it. Camp closes at 10:30 am; extended stays need staff and Ranger approval.
Camping: Assigned by unit. Arriving Friday? Bring lanterns and flashlights for setup. No vehicle access to campsites—park and haul gear by hand or with a wagon.
Non-BSA Guests: Bring friends along to share the adventure—no pressure to join, just fun!
