Kick off the Scouting year by joining Orion District's Fall Fam Fest! This exciting SUNDAY afternoon event is designed to give Cub Scouts, their families, and prospective Scout families an evening full of adventure, fun, and hands-on experiences.

Throughout the event, Scout Troops will host exciting, Cub Scout-friendly activity stations designed specifically for Cub Scout-aged youth. Activities will include BB gun shooting, archery, wrist rockets, RC cars, outdoor skills, STEM activities, games, and so much more! Every activity is designed to be safe, engaging, and age-appropriate, giving youth the opportunity to experience the excitement of Scouting.

Each participating Cub Scout Pack is encouraged to set up a recruitment and information booth where families can meet Pack leaders, ask questions, and learn about the exciting adventures their Pack offers throughout the year. Packs are also welcome to host their own Cub Scout-friendly activity booth to provide even more fun and excitement for attendees.

The Orion District will actively promote this event throughout each participating Pack's recruiting area, helping connect local families with Scouting. Participating Packs will receive district-supported recruitment efforts, and additional promotional flyers are available upon request to help invite friends, classmates, neighbors, and family members.

Registration & Pricing

Cub Scout Pack Registration – $50 per Pack
Each participating Pack only needs to register once. As part of the Pack registration, the Orion District will promote Fall Fam Fest within the Pack’s recruiting area, including distributing flyers to the elementary school(s) assigned to the Pack and promoting the event through targeted Google and Meta advertising.

Individual Registration – $5 per Person
Individual registration is available for Scouts or families who are not associated with a Pack that is registered for Fall Fam Fest.

Already Part of a Registered Pack?
You do not need to pay the $5 individual registration fee. If an individual registration is accidentally submitted by someone associated with a Pack that has registered for the event, we will contact the registrant and refund the $5 individual registration fee.
