Join us for a FREE LUNCH and our Fall Membership Kickoff on July 25. This event is designed to fully equip unit leaders and new member coordinators with the tools, confidence, and resources needed for a successful fall recruitment season.

The kickoff will provide hands-on guidance and best practices for Back-to-School Nights, Join Night planning and presentations, and school talks, helping units make strong first impressions with families. We will also cover new member onboarding, including how to welcome and support new Scouts and families once they join.

In addition, training will include important back-office expectations for new adult leaders, ensuring units understand processes, timelines, and support systems as they head into the program year. By connecting popcorn planning with membership strategy, this kickoff will help units align fundraising, recruitment, and retention efforts from the very start of fall.

We encourage all key leaders to attend so they can leave prepared, organized, and ready to grow their unit this fall.
