All Hands Meeting

All-Hands is our triannual meeting for all volunteers and unit leaders to discuss key council-wide topics. It's an opportunity to provide input on the programming, activities, and policies of the Great Rivers Council.

The Saturday's All-Hands will feature committee breakouts, including Commissioners, Membership, Training, Outdoor Adventure, Advancement, and Shooting Sports.

2026 Dates:  

  • Saturday,  January 10, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • Saturday,  April 11, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • Saturday,  August 8, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Key Details:

Purpose: To discuss important council-wide topics and gather input from volunteers and unit leaders. 
Frequency: 3 times annually
Location: Usually held at the Scouting Adventure Center in Columbia, Missouri. 
Attendance: Open to all volunteers and unit leaders in the council. 
Resources: The Great Rivers Council website provides information on upcoming meetings and events.
