2025 SCOUT-O-RAMA
SPONSORED BY KINDERHOOK DISTRICT
"Into The Great Outdoors"
WHEN: October 10 - 12, 2025 (all program is on Saturday)
WHERE: Lake of the Ozarks Scout Reservation (525 Camp Hohn Dr Gravois Mills, MO 65037)
WHO: All Cub Scouts, Leaders, and Families. Scouts BSA are welcome to attend with their Cub Scout siblings. We encourage Scouts BSA members to volunteer. You can sign up to volunteer in the registration.
CAMPING: Camping is available on Friday & Saturday evenings. Campsites will be assigned. Please indicate if you are camping in the registration. If you are, please indicate what nights.
Registration Fees*
*Lunch on Saturday is provided. All other meals will need to be provided by the unit.
$20 -- Scouts, Adults, Friends, or Siblings - the cost covers all Programs, Lunch & Movie Night Cracker Barrel!
$15 -- Scouts BSA Attendee
$0 -- Staff (Password Required)
$16 -- Optional Event T-Shirt. This year we will be offering optional event t-shirts as a pre-order. Don't miss out, pre-order before September 29th
Free -- Children under the age of 4 are free!
NO registrations will be accepted at the door. All registrations must be completed by Friday, October 3 at 2.00 PM
T-Shirts: Pre-Order your shirt today - Last Day to order a t-shirt is September 30!
Scouts BSA - we encourage Scouts BSA members to volunteer to assist with stations. You will receive service hours for volunteering. We will also be completing the Weather Merit Badge on Friday evening.
Blue Cards: There will be no physical blue cards issued at the completion of this event. To access your blue cards after the completion of the event you will need to follow the below steps:
- Go back into your registration. If you need to look up your registration just follow this link and click on the “Lookup” menu on the top right of the page. https://scoutingevent.com/?OrgKey=BSA653&reservationFromEmail=true
- Each registration has its own list of available reports. When you view your registration, click on the Reports tab to run the reports available for that event.
- This should bring up the blue cards for the scout or scouts you registered. * This will also provide you the option to export your individual blue cards into Scoutbook as well.
