Trainer's EDGE 2025

Join us on February 22nd, 2025
Learning how to train others, whether it's a incoming Scoutmaster, committee chair, etc. is essential to the success of any Scouting unit. Trainer's EDGE is BSA's trainer development course designed to help Scouters gain the self-confidence to train others through the EDGE training model.
What is the EDGE method?
Explain how it is done – Tell them
Demonstrate the steps – Show them
Guide learners as they practice – Watch them do it
Enable them to succeed on their own – Use memory aids, practice it, they teach it
We invite all Adult Leaders: District and council trainers,, Merit badge counselors, Summer and winter camp staff, Roundtable staff members, Pack trainers, Commissioner trainers, NYLT and Wood Badge staff, Troop guides or instructors, Unit leaders
