Cost: $15.00 per car. Every participating Cub Scout will receive a 2026 Five Rivers District Pinewood Derby patch, the top three winners from each Den Race will receive a 2026 Five Rivers District trophy with their rank. We also have a most creative and fastest car trophy. This year we will have an open class. All family members are welcome to submit a car for this class.

Rules: Please make sure you have the right kind of car. Only “Official BSA” Pinewood Derby cars will be allowed to race in the District Pinewood Derby race. Pinewood Derby Rules will be followed for the Five Rivers District 2026 Pinewood Derby race. A copy of the rules can be found on the GR Council web site. Open class will follow the same rules.
