Join us for an afternoon of sporting clays, food, fun and excitement at Waukesha Gun Club this spring while supporting the Potawatomi Area Council, Boy Scouts of America! Your participation includes lunch, an 80-clay course for each shooter, four boxes of 12-gauge shells per participant, a reception with hors d’oeuvres, prizes, raffles, and the satisfaction of supporting the character development programs of the Potawatomi Area Council.

Schedule for Friday, May 9:

• 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Registration
• 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM: Optional 100-Clay Flurry
• 12:00 PM: Lunch
• 12:45 PM: Safety Refresher
• 1:00 PM: Shotgun Start
• 4:00 PM: Cocktails, Snacks & Awards

Sponsorship Levels:

• Eagle Sponsor - $5,000 SOLD: (exclusive naming rights of the event, includes 2 five shooter teams, name/logo on all printed materials and on Council website, logo on cover page of program, recognition with banner at Waukesha Gun Club and at shooting stand, and 4 boxes of 12 ga. shells per participant)
• Life Sponsor - $2,750: (includes one five shooter team, name/logo in program and Council website, name/logo listed on table tents, recognition sign at one shooting stand, and 4 boxes of 12 ga. shells per participant)
• Lunch Sponsor - $2,500: (includes prominent signage at event and in program)
• Snack Sponsor - $1,500: (includes prominent signage at event and in program)
• Star Sponsor - $1,375: (includes one five shooter team, name in program, name/logo listed on table tents, recognition sign at one shooting stand, and 4 boxes of 12 ga. shells per participant)
• Cocktail Sponsor - $1,000: (includes prominent signage at event and in program)
• First Class Sponsor - $300: (recognition sign at one shooting stand, one position on shooting team, and 4 boxes of 12 ga. shells per participant)
