Schedule:

• Reception/Silent Auction: 5:30 PM - 6:20 PM
• Dinner: 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM

Who: Scouters, Parents, Friends, Chartered Organization Representatives and Board Members

Menu:

Meat Entree - Braised beef boneless short rib

• Pinot Noir reduction topped with horseradish gremolata
• Basil mashed potatoes
• Roasted heirloom carrots

Vegetarian Entree - Hearts of romaine with radicchio and endive, ciabatta toast points, aged parmesan and vinaigrette.

Dessert: Apple Tart with caramel cream

Cost: 2024 Eagle Scouts are admitted free of charge but must register

Attire: Uniform or coat and tie
