2022 Scouting for Pheasants

Join us for an afternoon of pheasants, food, fun and excitement at Wern Valley Sportsmen's Club this fall while supporting the Potawatomi Area Council, Boy Scouts of America!

The Scouting for Pheasants will consist of:

• Tower shoot option - 10 birds per person (includes lunch and dinner)
• Field shoot option - 12 birds per field (includes lunch and dinner)
• Clay Shoot Option - (includes 5-stand and dinner)

Shooters must provide:

• Personal eye & ear protection
• Shotgun shells

Schedule for Tuesday, October 11

Tower Option:

• 10:30 AM – Registration
• 11:00 AM – 5-Stand
  • Shoot option 1
    • 12:00 PM – Lunch
    • 1:00 PM – Shoot
      • After shoot: 5-stand open
  • Shoot option 2
    • 1:00 PM – Lunch
      • After lunch: 5-stand open
    • 3:00 PM – Shoot
• 5:00 PM – Steak Dinner
• 5:45 PM – Auction / Raffle

Field Option:

• 10:30 AM – Registration
• 11:00 AM – 5-Stand
• 1:00 PM – Lunch
• 1:30 PM – Hunting
• 5:00 PM – Steak Dinner
• 5:45 PM – Auction / Raffle

Clay Option:

• 3:00 PM – 5-Stand
• 5:00 PM – Steak Dinner

Sponsorship Levels:

• Presenting Eagle Sponsor - $5,000 (includes 4 shooters in tower shoot, sign with company logo, recognition on council website, recognition in quarterly newsletter, company logo on all event materials, full page ad in printed program and recognition during evening program)
• Dinner Sponsor - $2,500 (includes sign with company logo at event and dinner)
• Lunch Sponsor - $2,000 (includes sign with company logo during luncheon and recognition in evening program)
• 5-Stand Sponsor - $750 (includes sign with company logo at 5-stand and recognition in evening program)
