2026 National Scout Jamboree

Event Details

There's only ONE National Jamboree.
Ten days. Hundreds of adventures. A once-in-a-lifetime experience.

BSA SUMMIT BECHTEL RESERVE, WV

Jamboree is a mountain-top experience – and at the heart of it all is what it means to truly be a Scout. Since 1937, National Jamborees have brought youth leaders together from all over the country and the world to share the bond that is Scouting. Jamboree is an adventure that will challenge you to go farther than you ever thought possible.  But you can. And you will.

Learn more about the National Jamboree by watching the recap video from the 2023 Jamboree:

The Chippewa Valley Council will be sending a contingent to National Jamboree.

Youth from across the Chippewa Valley Council will join as one troop to be a part of this historic event.

*Tentative* Dates:

Departure date: July 19, 2026
Return date: August 1, 2026

The Jamboree event runs July 19 - 28, 2026

The Chippewa Valley Council Jamboree Committee is planning to travel by bus to the event. An itinerary is being developed, but we are hoping for one evening and one full day of touring in Washington, DC. Our contingent will depart and return from the Eau Claire area.

There is a registration site through the National Council. The National Council registration site is also where you can register to be a part of the Jamboree Service Team.
