Safety and a Sense of Normal
Since 1952 we have been committed to delivering the safest program possible to our Scouts, Scouters, guests, and staff, while delivering a world-class experience. Although 2020 was a little different, 2020 was also NORMAL: Scouts climbed, zip-lined, hiked, built fires, swam, rowed, sailed, flung arrows, cooked around a fire, laughed, crafted, and learned... among other things.
We work closely with our local Health Department, closely follow industry guidelines, and are Nationally Accredited every year. Scouts were screened upon arrival at camp, our program areas were regularly disinfected, handwashing stations were installed at every program area, and we moved classes to locations where Scouts could spread out more. Our measures were a success, and we will continue to follow similar procedures in 2021.
Watch this news report about the safe, fun and NORMAL summer we had at Camp Phillips. 2021 will be just as safe and even more fun.
Our Improved Schedule will Maximize the FUN

Adventure Programs for Older Scouts
Northwest Wisconsin is home to beautiful trails, lakes, rivers, and even rock climbing faces. New in 2021, we are offering Advanced Climbing, where scouts can develop their skills and put them to the test off camp at real rock cliffs.
Indianhead Outpost is our high adventure program, where scouts from any unit (even if the unit is not attending camp) can participate in several adventure opportunities. There will be different adventure opportunities which change week-to-week. Some of our adventure opportunities include: canoeing, and SCUBA. CLICK HERE TO LEARN MORE ABOUT OUR ADVENTURE OPPORTUNITIES
Scouts and leaders can bring their bikes to camp and explore all sides of our 1,400 acre property.
Phillips Experience is our entry-level adventure opportunity, where older scouts will explore everything that Camp Phillips has to offer.
