REGISTRATION OPENS APPROX 3 MONTHS FROM EVENT

Who: All Chippewa Valley Troops, Webelos/AOL scouts, Scouters & Parents are invited to attend.

When: Friday night until Sunday night.

Where: Chippewa Valley Air Show - Chippewa Valley Airport

Enjoy the Airshow by camping with your Troop or Den!

Registration:

$___ per person Deadline to register is ________  Your Registration includes: 2 Breakfasts, 2 Lunches, Dinner Sunday evening after clean up Air Show Patch and admission to both days of the Air Show

Unit Displays:

All Troops should show, bring, and staff a Scouting Zone Unit Display from 8:30am – 12pm on Saturday and Sunday. Display ideas include: knots, monkey bridge, Klondike sleds, or other specialties from your unit.

Other Notes:

• All adults must have current Youth Protection training. 

• All Camporee participants must be registered Scouts BSA members. 

• Camporee site must be vacated during the Air Show. 

• Troop Scouting Zone Unit Displays should be approved by Camporee chairs. 

• No fires will be allowed. Troops need to plan on cooking via stove. 

• No pocket knives allowed for any participants. 

• All youth and adults need to be in their Scouts BSA Field Uniform (Class A) during both Saturday and Sunday's Air Show

Friday

5:30pm – 8:30pm: Troops arrive and set up camp

9:00pm: Leaders Meeting (One Adult and SPL)

Saturday

7:00am: Shuttles to Air Show - breakfast on-site

8:30am - 12pm: Troops staff Scouting Zone Unit Display Areas

12pm - 4:00pm: Air Show

4:00pm - 5:30pm: Air Show Clean Up

4:00pm: Cooks return to campsite early

5:30pm: Shuttles back to campground

6:00pm - 7:30pm: Dinner and clean up

7:30pm: Chapel Service*

8:00pm: Campfire*

Sunday

7:00am: Shuttles to Air Show - breakfast on-site
