WCOC PURPOSE:

First and foremost, the WCOC is to facilitate inter-lodge communication, share ideas, update lodges on new national Order of the Arrow programs, and plan for this year's Section Conclave. One of the most beneficial elements the Council of Chiefs offers is a fun, interactive environment where OA members build friendships, hang out with like-minded individuals, and exchange resources. For these reasons, and after consulting key lodge leadership, we have decided to hold the Council of Chiefs in Wisconsin Dells.

HIGHLIGHTS:

This year, we will be hearing presentations from our Conclave committees regarding the various program opportunities at Conclave. Aside from Conclave promotion and planning, the Winter Council of Chiefs will offer training opportunities for all OA Members. In addition, we will provide updates on Operation Arrow, NLS/DYLC, and other National Programs.

FEE: $45 

If you would like to have your own bed, you can pay an additional $45 for your own bed in a shared hotel room. 

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE: 
Arrive in Eau Claire at 7am on Sat. Jan 27^th to travel as a Lodge to event.
Return to Eau Claire around noon on Sun. Jan 28^th

EVENT REGISTRATION:
Register no later than Monday December 20, 2023, through the council registration site.

WEEKEND INFORMATION:
We will stop for breakfast Sunday morning on our way home so please remember to bring cash for breakfast on our own. .

WHAT TO BRING:

In your packing be sure to include your medical forms parts A & B, field uniform, a pen for note taking, swimming suit, and money (for our breakfast stop and for trading post).

You must be currently registered and paid with the BSA and the Otyokwa Lodge .
