Fall Cub Camp Scouts BSA Troops & Volunteers

Fall Cub Camp Event Info: October 17, 2026 | 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Your troop can stay all weekend!

Fall Cub Camp is back, and this year we're exploring the world of science! With hundreds of Cub Scouts expected on camp, we need Scouts BSA troops and youth leaders ready to help make the day a success.

All of the Cub Scout activities will be pre-planned and set up for you. Your troop's job is simply to bring the manpower, energy, and Scouting spirit! Stations will be spread throughout camp, with activities ranging from the Scouts BSA dining hall to the Fort Rice climbing wall.

Most stations can easily be managed by one or two Scouts, making this a great opportunity to grab a buddy, spend the day at camp, and have fun working with Cub Scouts. Whether you're helping with a hands-on science experiment, an outdoor challenge, climbing activity, or another science-themed station, you'll have a chance to share your skills and enthusiasm with the next generation of Scouts.

What to Expect

• A full day of science-themed activities for Cub Scouts
• Stations spread throughout Camp Phillips
• Pre-planned activities that are ready for you to help run
• Opportunities for Scouts BSA youth to practice leadership, communication, and mentoring
• A chance to spend the day having fun with Cub Scouts while earning service hours and giving back to Scouting

Saturday Evening

The fun doesn't have to end at 3:00! Scouts BSA youth will have additional activities available Saturday evening, including opportunities for adventure.

Meals

Troops are responsible for:

• Friday supper
• Saturday breakfast
• Sunday breakfast

Saturday lunch and supper will be provided.

Sunday Checklist

• Breakfast in campsite
• Departure at your desired time
• Sweep and clean latrine
• Pick up all garbage in campsite, bring to dumpster behind Dining Hall
