The Annual Meeting of Three Harbors Council is Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. at Northwestern Mutual (805 E. Mason St.).  The purpose of the meeting is to receive annual reports of the Executive Board, to elect members for the coming year, and to approve year-end financial statements.  Please note that a photo ID is required to enter the building.  There is a $20.00 meeting registration fee that includes a reception at the conclusion of the Annual Meeting.  Parking is available in the 7Seventy7 parking structure located at 777 N. Van Buren Street or on nearby streets.

All active members of Three Harbors Council are invited to the Annual Meeting including Executive Board Members, Chartered Organization Representatives, Council Members-at-Large, Advisory Council Members and Associate Members.  Council Members-at-Large, including Executive Board Members, and Chartered Organization Representatives are voting members of the council.  Advisory Council Members and Associate Members are non-voting members of the council. 

Silver Beaver Award Presentation & Reception

At the conclusion of the Annual Meeting, a reception with hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be held to recognize the 2026 Silver Beaver Award recipients.
