Welcome to the Tri-District Fall Camporee!

Get ready for a weekend of friendship, activities and outdoor excitement! The much-anticipated Tri-District Fall Camporee returns from September 26 to September 28, 2025, bringing together Scouts, leaders and families from across Three Harbors Council for an unforgettable experience beneath the crisp, colorful autumn canopy. Mark your calendars and prepare for a journey that celebrates the spirit of adventure, team spirit and outdoor skills.

Event Details

  • Date: Friday, September 26 at 6:00 PM – Sunday, September 28 at 10:00 AM
  • Location: Camp Oh-Da-Ko-Ta, 3363 Dyer Lake Road, Burlington, WI 53105
  • Who’s Invited: Scouts BSA Troops, Venturing Crews, Cub Scout Packs, adult leaders, volunteers and families


Registration Information

  • Registration costs:
    • Cub Scouts: $20.00 per person for Saturday only.
    • Scouts BSA: $30.00 per person for the full weekend if registered prior to Wednesday, 9/10/2025. The price increases to $45.00 per person after Wednesday, 9/10/2025.
  • Deadline to Register: Friday, 9/19/2025 at 5:00 PM

 Merit Badge Sign Up (click here)

  • A unit must be registered for the Tri-District Camporee in order to Scouts to sign-up for merit badge.

  • Scouts may not sign up for more than one merit badge session!  If openings remain the week prior to the Camporee, we may open up the ability for Scouts to take additional merit badges.

  • Please ensure any prerequisites and notes for the merit badge are completed.  If there is an additional fee for a course to cover the cost of materials, the Scout is responsible for paying CASH ONLY directly to the merit badge counselor.

  • The Scout must present a physical BLUE CARD at the event for sign-off, preferably pre-filled with the Scout’s information and signed by their unit leader.

  • Scouts should BE PREPARED for the merit badge by completing any prerequisites in advance of the session, be prompt to the session, and engage in active participation of discussions and demonstrations.  A partial will be issued if a Scout has not completed the prerequisites, arrives late or leaves early from the scheduled session, or is not engaged in the session.
