Webelos-Ree Wagon Days
WHEN: Saturday Nov 7, 2020 from 12:30 pm to 5:00 pm
WHERE: HH Peters Youth Camp: 4880 County Rd I, Saukville, WI 53080
Webelos come test your knowledge and skills while traveling down the 2,170-mile historic east–west wagon trail that connected the Missouri River to valleys in Oregon.
Along the trail you will stop at Fort Boise, Fort Bridger, Fort Hall and Fort Lararrie. At each of the forts you will be challenged to complete tasks that will test your Scout skills.
You will learn compass skills, fire building with only flint and steel, refine your first aid skills and improve your skills at tying knots.
By the end of your journey you will be skilled Waggoneers!!!
This year we will be requiring that each participant (Scout, leader, adult, volunteer, etc) fill out and turn in at check in "the Council COVID Event Screening Sheet”. The form is attached and downloadable on the registration site.
For the protection of our volunteers and fellow Scouters, we will be asking to all participants to wear masks at all activities and all transitions.
PLEASE NOTE: Please read thoroughly the Wagon Supply section of the Leaders guide as the Webelos will be using the supplies they bring for many of the stations.
