Join us for a Swashbuckling Adventure at Cub Scout World Camp at Camp Rokilio!

Registration Opens with Pack Deposit Phase on Friday, September 25th at 7:00 AM!

Camp Rokilio provides a GREAT 3 night / 3 day* OUTDOOR ADVENTURE for Cub Scouts, their trusted adults, and leaders on 213 beautiful acres of hilly terrain with tall timber located in the Kettle Moraine, seven miles east of Kiel, Wisconsin!  Accommodations include a stay in 1 of the 4 theme buildings; Fort J.J. Keller, Gunderson Viking Bäten Ship, Kohler Castle, and Oertle Train Station. Each building has electricity, water, flush toilets, showers, kitchen, and sleeping quarters with bunk beds for both adults and youth. 

The program consists of waterfront, shooting sports (BB Guns/Archery), Nature, Campfires, Chapel, theme related projects and activities, as well as STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) activities. Registration includes a commemorative patch for everyone attending.

All youth in attendance must be registered members of a Cub Scout Pack, First Grade through Fifth Grade. No youth, age 10 or older who have crossed over into a Scouts BSA Troop are permitted to camp with the Cub Scouts except for Registered Den Chiefs. 

Adults who are not the Cub Scout’s parent or legal guardian may attend summer camp with them but must first become a registered adult leader within the same pack, and complete the required Safeguarding Youth Training and background check prior to attending camp. All sessions at Camp Rokilio will be open to Tigers through Arrow of Lights in the Pack. Webelos and Arrow of Lights activities offered will depend on how many Webelos/AOLs are in camp during a given session.

Sessions are less than 72 hours long, beginning mid-afternoon on "Day 1" (Sun. or Wed.) and ending mid-morning on "Day 4" (Wed. or Sat.). Cub Scouts are encouraged to have a parent attend with them. Families can choose to stay for the whole session or attend partially. The longer you stay, the more opportunities the Cub Scouts have to participate in the fun adventures!

If you are looking for Webelos programming specifically designed as a preparatory program for Scouts BSA, please consider attending a session at Gardner Dam Adventure Base as well this summer!

When to expect additional information:

• Camperships: The link to the 2027 Campership Application will go live January 2, 2027.
• Leader Guide: The Leader Guide will be available here in February 2027.
• Menus: The menus will be published in the Spring of 2027.

Payment Windows: The total cummulative due when signing up during a certain window, not the end of the month.

The payment window calendar gives units the option to pay monthly instead of lump sum payments - Note: this is optional.

Required payment dates to be met are at individual registration sign-up - a $15 non-refundable per person deposit and a final balance payment by 5/31.

A late fee of $25 will be applied to all unpaid balances effective 6/01/27

Payment and Booking Options:

Online payment may be made through our online registration system using a credit/debit card or Bank ACH. If paying by credit or debit card, a 3.5% convenience fee will be added.

Parent Portal is available to set up in your registration under additional actions tab. Use this feature to populate individual logins and passwords for parents to pay directly online for their Scouts! See Parent Portal Set Up PDF under the Attachments tab on the right side of this page for directions and a step-by-step video. 

Please Note: Scout Accounts in Scoutbook cannot be used to pay camp registration fees directly, and Council does not have access to unit Scoutbook accounts. If a family pays through Parent Portal, the unit Treasurer may reimburse them from their Scout Account funds, but those funds cannot be applied directly in the camp registration system (Black Pug 24/7 Scouting).

Note for Tent Camping Attendees:

Attendees may choose to stay inside their assigned building or camp in tents outside the building while still having full access to the building and its amenities.

For all participants (adults and youth) who plan to camp in tents outside of their Pack's assigned building, please indicate the number and gender of those tent camping in the Campsite Preference Comments section under the registrant contact's profile.
