First and foremost, the Winter Conference & Council of Chief's is to facilitate inter-lodge communication, share ideas, update lodges on new national Order of the Arrow programs, and plan for this year’s Section Conclave. One of the most beneficial elements the Council of Chiefs offers is a fun, interactive environment where Arrowmen build friendships, hang out with like-minded individuals, and exchange resources. For these reasons, and after consulting key lodge leadership, we have decided to hold the Council of Chiefs at Kalahari Resort again.

OA WINTER CONFERENCE and COUNCIL of CHIEFS

Jan. 26-28, 2024 (meeting on Saturday, Jan. 27)

Kalahari Waterpark, Wisconsin Dells, WI

This year, we will take part in training during the morning and during the afternoon, participate in presentations from our Conclave committees regarding the various program opportunities at Conclave. Aside from Conclave promotion and planning, the Winter Council of Chiefs will be used to facilitate lodge discussions.  Kon Wapos Lodge will gather at various times during the conference.

The meeting fee covers the Saturday lunch and meeting materials. 

Within the registration you will have the option to add on a hotel room for Friday and/or Saturday. This will have an additional cost. Rooms will be multiple occupancy.  Families are wlecome to join us and can take advantage of the special OA Winter Conference room rates.  Familes should contact the lodge adviser for registration instructions.  If you plan to stay overnight, you must register by Dec. 22, 2023.
