WHAT IS POWDER HORN?

Powder Horn is a training opportunity designed to help Scouting leaders face the dilemma of having a strong desire to provide challenging and fun outdoor programs to meet the needs of their youth members but lacking the knowledge and/or resources to do so. Powder Horn responds to the quandary with an exciting new training opportunity that exposes Cub Scouts Leaders, BSA Scouts and Leaders, Venturers and Venturing leaders and youth to a wide range of outdoor/high adventure activities to enhance your unit program potential.  Participants will be staying in tents; however, indoor lodging is available for an extra fee for Adults only.
