OA Summer Work Day is 8:00am-4:00pm on Saturday, July 19, 2025 at Gardner Dam Adventure Base to ready the camp for summer camp activities. This event is open to all registered Scouters and all Scouts who have earned the rank of First Class. You need not be a member of the Order of the Arrow. Activities will include raking, firewood collection, and moving picnic tables, etc (youth), as well as lawnmowing, string trimming, leaf blowing, cleaning gutters, replacing lights, etc. (adults 18+). This is a day-only event to assist the summer camp staff in final preparations of the camp that were not completed during Spring Conference.

All participants must wear close-toed shoes or boots and bring a pair of work gloves. Adults, please also bring safety glasses and ear protection if you have it. If not, it will be provided to you.

There is no cost to attend, but registration is required for planning purposes. Complimentary lunch will be served in fellowship with the Cub Scout camp staff. Thank you!
