SCHEDULE:
7:45 -8:15 am - Registration/Networking
8:15-8:30 am - Opening & Flag Presentation
8:30-11:30 pm - A.M. Session Merit Badges
11:30-12:15 pm - Lunch (provided)
12:15-3:15 pm - P.M. Session Merit Badges
3:15-3:30 -- Closing & Flag Retirement

COST: $5.00 per youth; Adults Free

***INSTRUCTIONS & REQUIREMENTS and THINGS TO DO IN ADVANCE***
Get approval from your Scoutmaster and a signed Blue Card; NO Blue Cards will be issued at the event.
Buy or borrow the appropriate merit badge book(s); study all information for each badge and complete the worksheet for your merit badge.
AVOID PARTIAL SIGN OFFS ---It is the Scouts responsibility to make sure that the entire worksheet is filled out and complete BEFORE the event---NO exceptions; Merit Badges are earned, not given.

**Music Merit Badge is a two hour session; if scouts do not do Bugling -- they will have a one hour service project to complete prior to lunch or the closing. 

**Merit Badges are listed in the Flyer and the prerequisite document.


*** THINGS TO BRING***
Proof of completion for all requirements for merit badges (e.g. the completed worksheets, pictures, etc.) signed by Scoutmaster

Scoutmaster signed “Blue Card” for each merit badge you are registered for
The merit badge book (read in advance) for merit badge you will attend
Pen or pencil
Field Uniform (Class A)

**Scouts must be accompanied by two deep leadership, unless it is a parent for a single scout. If you are available as an adult to volunteer for this event, please contact Becky Kikkert at (rebecca.kikkert@gmail.com). 

**Youth and Adults MUST bring a completed Health Form Parts A & B
