Gathering Waters Leader Awards & Eagle Scout Recognition Luncheon

Join us for our Eagle Recognition and District Awards Luncheon as we recognize Eagle Scouts from 2025/2026 and Venture Summit recipients from 2025/2026, our 2025 District Award of Merit recipients, our 2025 Silver Beaver recipients, along with our 2025 leader awards, including: Cubmaster and Scoutmaster of the Year, Dedicated Service, Spark Plug, Rookie of the Year, Chairman's Award and Distinguished Sponsorship of Scouting Awards.

Program includes a guest speaker, Eagle Scout speaker, awards and recognition and a meal. We encourage our Eagle Scouts to bring their own memorabilia to showcase their Scouting journey and accomplishments. Scout uniform is encouraged but not required.

The District Awards & Eagle Scout Recognition Luncheon will be held on Sunday, April 27th. We will have a lunch from 12-1pm, with a ceremony/awards presentation from 1-2pm at the American Legion Post 38 building, 3220 W College Ave in Appleton.

The Awards and Eagle Recognition ceremony would begin at 1:00pm. Cost for the Awards & Eagle Recognition event would be $25.00 for adults and $20.00 for our 2025-2026 Eagle Scouts. The American Legion will be cooking their famous chicken buffet lunch for us to enjoy!  

The deadline to register for the Noon time meal, is going to be on midnight on Monday, 4/20/26.  You can register to attend the awards portion of the day, which starts at 1pm (with no lunch), up until the registration deadline of Friday, 4/24/26 at 3pm.  If you are coming just for the 1pm awards ceremony (no lunch), please arrive between 12:45pm-1:00pm.
