Trainer's EDGE is the second portion of the Train-the-Trainer Continuum, and is required training for Wood Badge Staff members.  

Trainer's EDGE focuses on the platform skills of the trainer: preparation, subject matter knowledge, body language, and other skills will be covered, with a practical application at the end of the session. 

The event takes place at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 2736 Glendale Avenue, Green Bay, WI 54313. Registration opens at 8:00 am, and the course starts at 8:30 am. Certificates will be presented at the end of the session, which should be no later than 4:30 pm. Bring a water bottle and lunch. Coffee will be provided.
