Green Bay Packers Concessions

Event Details

Bay-Lakes Council has committed to run a large concession stand at Lambeau Field for the remainder of the football season.  Our stand is 340 on the 3rd floor.  The funds earned will help Bay-Lakes Council accelerate some of the many camp improvement/maintenance projects.  Volunteers may be age 14 and older.  Each game we have space for 8 youth (14-17) and 12 Adults. Anyone who attends will receive a 50/50 split of the earnings (see details below, also included in the document list).  Those that help will get something in return for their time and efforts, however direct cash payments to individuals or unit accounts are legally not an option.  The arrival times will vary depending on the kickoff time of the game, but please plan on being at the stadium for 7-9 hours.  This includes preparation time, and clean up time after the game concludes.  Specific preparation details will be emailed Thursday or Friday before the game on Sunday.

Dress for the weather (this stand is outdoors, but covered in the event of rain or snow), wear comfortable shoes, and black pants.  An ID will be required to enter the stadium, or a birth certificate with photo school ID for those who do not have a driver’s license.

If this is your first game, you must complete a one-time training (click on "2021 Training" in the documents section).  You will be required to complete this training (complete volunteer agreement on the final slide) before arriving at the stadium for your first game. Parking will be on the city streets surrounding the stadium, I would encourage you to carpool if traveling to the stadium in a group.

BREAKDOWN OF FUNDING: Bay-Lakes Council will receive 10% of gross sales for staffing concession stand 340 during the 2021 football season. The accumulated funds raised for Council usage will be allocated numerous camp maintenance projects, in support of the properties long term maintenance plan. Those that volunteer in a concession stand will receive an incentive “credit” to be used towards any future Bay-Lakes Council Scouting event. The amount of the “credit” will fluctuate and will be 50% of the game earnings divided by the number of volunteers working.

Example: BLC net proceeds = $7,500. 15 volunteers attended. $7,500 / 15 = $500 ($250 to BLC projects and $250 in value toward items below, per person)
