Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills (IOLS) is just that.  One of 4 of the required trainings for Scoutmaster and Assistant Scoutmaster and Venture Crew leaders.  This training focuses on the basic skills scouts are required to learn, be tested on, reviewed, and then recognized for advancement.  Just like the title says - Outdoor Skills - wood tools, fire starting, nature, equipment, food, and the list goes on.   Lots of knowledge provided to help you as the scoutleader to be more skilled and comfortable in those outdoor settings.

The other 3 trainings required - Current Youth Protection, SM/ASM Leader Specific (commonly referred to as the 'Indoor' session) and Hazzardous Weather.
