Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops (ILST) is a course designed to teach Scouts with leadership positions about their new roles and the organizational and leadership skills needed to most effectively reach success in their roles. The Course curriculum will be delivered virtually; we will have a two-hour session in the morning and a two-hour session in the afternoon with an hour for lunch. ILST is a prerequisite for National Youth Leadership Training. Scouts can participate individually or with other Scouts from their Troop.
