The Family Scouting Outing 
at Bear Paw Scout Camp

Join us for a weekend that is designed for your family to
explore Bear Paw and the greater Mountain area.

Bring your tents, camper or RV to set up in one of our campsites.
Your Scout and family can participate in our planned weekend activities or
explore the forests in and around Bear Paw.  

Programming:
Boating
Swimming
Water Fight
Family Games (three legged races, stretcher race, potato sack race, water balloon toss)
Archery 
BB guns
Bug Hunting with Owen
Hayrides
Movie on Saturday evening (The Goonies with contests)
Exploring Camp on your own

Camping:
Tents, Pop up campers, travel trailers and RVs are welcome.  Our event staff will assign your family to a campsite based on the type of equipment your family is  bringing.  
A communal water source is be available in each campsite.
Electricty is not available in the campsites.

Schedule and other details:
Registration is $45.00 per family to camp
Check in opens at noon on Friday, August 13
Check out is on Sunday, August 15 by 1:00 pm
Meals are on your own
Programming starts Saturday morning
Every participant will need to provide Health Forms A & B and the Pre-event Medical Checklist (COVID form) at check-in (forms are located in the "Attachments" section on this page).
