Trainer's EDGE is the second portion of the Train-the-Trainer Continuum, and is required training for Wood Badge and National Youth Leadership Training Staff members.  

Trainer's EDGE focuses on the platform skills of the trainer: preparation, subject matter knowledge, body language, and other skills will be covered, with a practical application at the end of the session. 

The event takes place at the Aurora Medical Center Oshkosh, 855 North Westhaven Road, Oshkosh, Conference Room A (enter on the West Side of the building).  Registration opens at 8:00 am, and the course starts at 8:30 am.  Attendance at only one of the days is required for completion, not both.  Certificates will be presented at the end of the session, which should be no later than 5:00 pm. Bring a water bottle and lunch.  Coffee will be provided.
