When: Saturday, January 18, 2020 Where: Camp Twin Lakes Waupaca
8:30 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.
Cost: Youth and Adult fees $9
Fee includes: Hot lunch, event patch, great events and more!

Event Schedule:
8:30-9:00 arrive at Twin Lakes Scout Camp (Check in Nelson Lodge)
9:00-11:30 morning events
11:30-12:30 **lunch
12:30-1:30 sledding on hill athletic field
2:00-3:00 derby sled/pulk sled race
3:30-4:00 depart for home
Events: No Klondike sleds needed due to lack of snow.

Valley Forge Ice Rescue –

Derby Race – *Each sled must have the following contents on the sled each patrol will carry:
1sled, 1 Bow saw, 30’ of lashing ropes, 1 pot to boil water (2 cups), flint strike/matches, tarp,
*The derby race will consist of patrol members pulling sleds moving to stations as a patrol:
Build fire to boil 2 cups of water, bow saw relay, ice rescue and shelter setup.
**Lunch will consist of: Two hotdogs, chicken noodle soup, brownie, hot chocolate/water per
individual. Coffee will also be served.
