Event Details
What: An 8 mile Canoe and Kayak race down the scenic Rock River from Newville to Camp Indian Trails
Where: Boat launch will be at the Anchor Inn in Newville
The finish line and awards ceremony will be held at Camp Indian Trails in Janesville
When: July 25, 2020
Check-in begins at 7 am
How: Via Canoe or Kayak, your choice!
There are 14 canoes (with all necessary equipment) available for rent. Otherwise,
Participants are responsible for providing their own boats, PFD, and paddle/oar
Fees: $12 per racer until July 20th, then it is $15 per racer (includes patch)
$10 per canoe rental (includes 2 PFDs and 2 paddles)
$7 for meal only until July 20th, then it is $9 per person (includes patch)
NEW for 2020 - the option to camp on the night of the event!
$25 per person until July 20th: this will cover the cost of the event, camping, as well as dinner and breakfast. If you register after July 20th then the all inclusive price will be $30
