Wisconsin River District is offering a family camp out to all Cub Scouts & their families.  We are planning on having 10 Fun activities including Archery, BB-gun, Sling Shots & Crafts, etc. and of course a group campfire Saturday night put on by Order of the Arrow Bigfoot Lodge.

Local Boy Scout Troop 74 is hosting the event. Troops 74, 58, 173 will be there helping with activities. We will provide the Saturday night meal for all participants. (Spaghetti, with Choice of Meat Sauce or Non-Meat Sauce, Garlic Bread & Cookie)

We will also be preparing a breakfast Sunday morning. (Pancakes and Scrambled Eggs)

We do Require that everyone register ahead of time so we can have the proper amount of food & activity materials on hand.

Be sure to take advantage of the Early Bird registration, which is $10 per person.(Early Bird ends October 1 at 11 pm) If you wait too long and miss the Early Bird discount, it will be $15 per person. Registration closes on October 8 at 11 pm

• Check-In & Camp Setup at 10:30 AM to 12:00 Noon (Bring Sack Lunch or eat prior to arriving)

• Camping Area:- Camp sites are assigned as units and individuals arrive. If your unit wishes to tent together, they need to arrive together! We are not able to hold spots, anyone arriving separately will be placed in the next available spot.

So you can arrive separately from your unit and even though you won't be right beside your unit you will more than likely be in the same general area. This is a great opportunity for scouts to meet scouts from other units.
