Glaciers Edge Council Sponsored NRA Basic Shotgun Course

This course certifies that you have completed NRA’s basic Shotgun and are now eligible to take NRA’s Instructor level course in the disciplines of Shotgun.  This course is required before taking NRA Shotgun Instructor courses. NRA Instructor courses will be available in Spring 2023.

Your future Instructor certification does allow you to participate as part of a shooting sports staff at a BSA shooting event and sign up to become a merit badge counselor in the discipline you complete.  Having both Shotgun and Rifle Instructor certification allows you to be eligible to attend National Camp School
