Early Bird Registration is $38 per person by March 14th

Beginning on March 15th the cost will be $45 per person

 Registration is online at www.glaciersedge.org. We would also like to encourage units to sponsor their Eagle Scouts with a Sponsorship Form and to acknowledge their accomplishments with a Troop Ad in the Commemorative Council Recognition Dinner program.  All forms can be found online at the Glacier’s Edge website.  Additional questions may be answered by calling the Scout Service Center at (608) 310-7300.

 This dinner is open to all family, friends, and scouts who wish to attend and to help honor the dedicated Scouts and Scouters.  The Glacier’s Edge Council, Boy Scouts of America would like to recognize the accomplishments of our 2019 Eagle Scouts, Silver Beaver recipients and other Council Awardees. 

 2019 Eagle Scouts and those receiving the Silver Beaver Award will be guests of the council. 2019 Eagle Scouts in attendance will receive a special Eagle medallion and 2019 Eagle limited edition council shoulder patch. All 2019 Eagle Scouts should plan to arrive at 6:00 p.m. for check-in and photographs.  Eagle Scouts should plan to wear their full BSA uniform or dress in business attire, no jeans. Please note that they must attend in order to receive their recognition awards.  The only exception would be for an Eagle Scout who is serving in the military. In addition, their names will appear in the commemorative program.

2019 Eagle Scouts attend this dinner free of charge in honor of their hard work and dedication.  Every year, many help us underwrite the cost of this with a $75 Eagle Sponsorship.  This gift is tax deductible and helps us provide this program in honor of the Eagle Scouts attending.
