Settle back on a blanket or chair for some fireside magic featuring songs and S'mores while we wait for fireflies (lightning bugs) to fly. Try your hand catching fireflies in a jar. Bring your "sample" back to the insect tower and add yours to the grand tally. Last year we caught over 700! Will we beat that this year?

You must preregister so we have enough fun to go around. Registration closes Midnight July 15.

If you have one, you can bring a butterfly net or bug house, but note we are doing catch and release.

You may also want to bring a blanket to sit on and a water bottle to drink from.
