The Scouting program does not exist without the dedication of hundreds of adult volunteers.  Join us to celebrate their involvement and recognize many with several awards including the Silver Beaver Award, which is the highest Scouting award presented by a council. 

All award nomination forms due by Friday, January 26!

When:  Sunday, March 17, 2024; 12:30 - 1:30 registration and silent auction; 1:30 lunch served 

Cost: $35 ($30 if paid by February 16) | Registration closes on Friday, March 8

Note: units are encouraged to consider covering registration fees for award recipients from their units.

The council covers registration fees for Silver Beaver, District Award of Merit, and Lifetime Achievement Awards 

Where:  Fairmont Elks Lodge (419 Adams St, Fairmont)
