Field dress is appropriate. Come prepared to walk around a Scout camp!

Council vice presidents of program, outdoor adventure, and district operations
Council program committee chairs (camping, advancement, training, etc.)
District vice chairs of program and program committee chairs
Commissioners at all levels
Council or district leaders looking to learn more, network with peers in neighboring councils, and deliver better program back home
Program features
Keynote presentation on “Camp Sustainability” by Al Lambert
(Co-Founder of Adventure Impact Advisors
and retired BSA Scout Executive, Central Region Director,
and National Director of Outdoor Adventures)
Program Delivery track, including a workshop on building relationships between the commissioner corps and the district operations and program teams,
facilitated by Jeff Seymour (NST 12 Commissioner-Elect)
Outdoor Programs and Properties track, including a session on
“Conservation Easements for Council Properties”,
presented by Mike Huneke (National Outdoor Ethics & Conservation Committee Vice Chair for Conservation)
Advancement track, including a workshop for council and district advancement chairs
NCAP Assessor Training, led by Dave Carlson (Territory NCAP Coordinator)
Conference format
Keynote, breakout sessions, and workshops from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
(come prepared to walk around a Scout camp)
Light breakfast and lunch provided
Ample opportunity to network throughout the day
Option to camp overnight (tent pad or cabin) at Camp Mountaineer on Friday or Saturday evening to help ease travel
