Horsemanship Merit Badge

Presented by Bunner Ridge Riding Association

 

Dates: Friday June 9 AND Saturday June 10 (Both Days Required)

Time: 8:30AM - 3:30PM 

Capacity: 10 Scouts / Venturers

Notes: 

  • You will register for Day 1 online, but your registration will be complete for both days automatically.
  • Lunch is provided! 
  • A parent/guardian will need to sign and bring the attached Waiver of Liability. 
  • Scouts should bring: Strong boots, documentation of any prerequisite completion, pen/pencil, and a water bottle
  • Dress in BSA field uniform
  • In following with youth protection guidelines, merit badge counselors will have at least one other adult present.
  • One week following the merit badge class, Scout advancement records will be available electronically using the registration confirmation email. 
  • If there is a financial hardship, please contact Lauren Namsupak (via email address listed under "event contacts") and we may be able to assist.

REMINDER:  Scouts must have prior approval from their Scoutmaster before pursuing a merit badge opportunity.
