World Scout Jamboree
Day Trip

Join the Mountaineer Area Council for a day trip to the World Scout Jamboree at the Summit Bechtel Reserve.  Spots are limited and first-come, first-serve.  Do not hesitate to reserve your seat today to visit this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see Scouting on the world stage right in our backyard.  Custom trip mementos will be provided to those who participate. Reserve your spot by April 30 with just a $50 deposit, with balance due by June 3.

Mountaineer Area Council's day trip is for youth and adults who are currently registered in the Boy Scouts of America.  Adults must be current with Youth Protection Training.  All youth under 18 must be attending under the supervision of a parent or other registered adult.  Each participant must have a signed copy of the WSJ Risk Acknowledgment in the attachments section of this page.

When:  Tuesday, July 30, 2019, specific times listed below for those pre-registered

• TENTATIVE SCHEDULE:
• Bus Stop 1:  Walmart, Morgantown (Retail Circle near I-68)
  • depart at 6:30 AM (riders should arrive 10-15 minutes earlier)
  • return approx. 6:30 PM
• Bus Stop 2:  Walmart, Fairmont
  • depart at 6:30 AM (riders should arrive 10-15 minutes earlier)
  • return approx. 7:00 PM
• Bus Stop 3:  Walmart, Clarksburg
  • depart at 7:05 AM (riders should arrive 10-15 minutes earlier)
  • return approx. 6:40 PM
• Bus Stop 4:  Walmart, Weston
  • depart at 7:40 AM (riders should arrive 10-15 minutes earlier)
  • return approx. 6:00 PM
