WINTER SOCIAL WEEKEND

CAMP MOUNTAINEER | JAN 10-12, 2025

All OA Members are welcome! Come for the weekend or just come for Saturday!  

Pack for indoor camping and don't forget your A&B Health forms. Everyone will need to check in with the Health Officer. Parents should not just drop you off until the Health Officer has reviewed your forms. The Health Officer will also note who will be picking up the scout. Your health form should state who can pick you up.
  

NOTE:  Remember that you must be a dues-paid member of the BSA and Menawngihella Lodge to participate in the weekend!  If you need to check your status, email info@macbsa.org.  You can pay your OA dues for 2025 online at https://scoutingevent.com/615-OADues2025.

Cost:  Includes breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday, lodging and facility rental 

• Weekend:  $15 ($20 if paid after Jan 2) 
• Saturday only: $10 ($15 if paid after Jan 2)

There will also be a Lodge Executive Committee (LEC) meeting on Sunday from 9am-10am following breakfast. Committee Chairs should come prepared to give their committee updates. If you have questions, you can contact OA Lodge Adviser, Lori Ludas at lori.ludas@gmail.com, or your adult adviser.
 

Friday

• 6:00-7:00 check in with Health Officer at Dining Hall
• 8:00 cracker barrel
• 11:00 lights out

Saturday

• 8:00-breakfast
• 9:00-10:00 gingerbread decorating
• 10:00-11:00 Nintendo Wii Tournament
• 11:00-11:30  jeopardy 
• 12:00 lunch
• 1:00-2:30 Scavenger hunt
• 3:00-4:30 Christmas Movie  
• 5:00 dinner
• 7:00 Cracker Barrel 
• 8:00 Check out for Saturday-only Arrowmen
• 11:00 lights out

Sunday

• 8:00-8:30 breakfast
• 8:30 clean up
• 9:00 LEC meeting/Check out for those not attending LEC meeting.  Scouts to be picked up only by those approved on their Health Forms. Check out will be with Health Officer.
• 10:00 Check out at Dining Hall for LEC members and remaining Scouts.  Check out with Health Officer
